Resource Exploit 11/8

It's been brought to my attention that Ragnok is attempting to use the resource exploit once again.   It also seems like he is the one who has been deconstructing Yuri's house.  I have a screenshot of some messages I received from Daxin who was a member of Ragnok's group:
